The reason we thoroughly enjoyed it was fabulous location and staff. Receptionist is the best ever!

We appreciated it, its rooms and amenities. The breakfast's price is NZD 12 per person. Fortunately, free WiFi was available. We would stay here again if we go to Rotorua.
